Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged anything.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

Yearly plans

If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment, we'll refund you in full. After that, your plan runs to the end of the paid year and isn't refunded.

Service problems

If MileMuster is unavailable for a long period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we'll credit or refund you fairly.

How to request a refund

Email hello@milemuster.co.uk with your company name and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
