Common questions
Is there an app to download?
No download needed. MileMuster works in the browser on any iPhone, Android or computer. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Drivers just tap the link their operator sends them.
Do drivers have to pay?
No. Drivers use MileMuster free. The operator pays the subscription.
How do drivers find out about routes?
Free push alerts on their phone (new offers, open routes in their areas, and a reminder the evening before a shift), plus a one-tap WhatsApp message you can send to your driver group.
Does MileMuster supply drivers?
No. MileMuster isn't an agency. It helps you staff routes with the independent drivers you already work with.
Can it handle timesheets and driver pay?
Yes, on Growth and above. Drivers log stops and hours, you approve, and MileMuster works out pay from your rates and deductions. Export weekly to Xero or QuickBooks.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. You add a card to start, but nothing is charged until the 14-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. We may raise prices for new customers as we add features, but you keep the price you signed up at.
Is driver data safe?
Data is handled under UK GDPR and used only to run your routes. It is never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
