Who we are

What we collect and why

Driver data
When operators upload or invite drivers, the operator is the controller of that driver data and we process it on their behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. We use it only to match routes, send reminders and provide the service. We never sell it. Drivers should contact the operator they work with first, but may also contact us.
Who we share data with
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Anthropic: provides the AI model that powers our support chat. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Hosting and email providers: to run the website and send emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries and feedback: up to 2 years. Chat messages: 90 days, then deleted automatically. Billing records: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Customer data: deleted within 90 days of account closure.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, and to data portability. Email us to use these rights. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

This site only uses one strictly necessary cookie, which keeps your session secure and protects forms against misuse. If we add analytics cookies later, we'll ask for your consent first.
